Welcome to Kainz Books, home to stories of Science Fiction, Military Science Fiction (including the moderately acclaimed Sector 12 series,) and Fantasy.  At my best you'll find realistic tactics, scenarios, weaponry and behavior, along with aliens that are truly different (no simple nose prosthetics here) and innovative FTL drives.  At my worst you'll stumble into a quagmire of expletive-laced tangents over-explaining the background of the fictional universe you're in (but hey, some people enjoy that.)

If you are interested, try taking a look at the Books section, where there are summaries, along with reviews and links to outside sites so you can investigate further.  Most of these books have the first few chapters available on Google Books as well.
